Joseph Klice has over thirty years of piano teaching experience, and has maintained piano studios in New York State, Massachusetts, Washington State, and California.
His studio has produced many types of students: some are music award-winners; some have gone on to study music at colleges across the United States; some have pursued other careers but have led richer lives because of their music education. All have learned to love and appreciate music.
In addition to private piano studio teaching, Mr. Klice has taught at the college level; he taught for many years at the Music Department of Gonzaga University, Spokane, WA, and most recently he has taught at the Music Department of Pasadena City College, Pasadena, CA.
Mr. Klice holds music degrees from Washington State University, the University of Toronto, and the State University College of New York at Fredonia (B. M. in Music Education). In addition, he recently acquired a Master of Library Science degree from San Jose State University.
Mr. Klice is certified by the Music Teachers National Association as a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music (NCTM).
